摘要
随着电子商务的迅速发展,互联网消费已经成为生活的一部分。在网络购物领域,消费者权益受到侵害的现象越来越严重,不仅影响网络购物领域消费者的个人利益,而且对整个网络购物的发展起着阻碍作用。本文按照提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的思路论述网络消费者权利的法律保护,首先阐述消费者在网络购物领域的合法权利,接着分析在保护网络消费者合法权利的过程中存在的主要问题及原因,最后结合我国的实际情况从立法、救济途径、法律监督方面提出完善网络消费者权利法律保护的建议。
With the rapid development of e-commerce, Internet consumption has become a part of life. In the field of online shopping,the infringement of consumer rights is becoming more and more serious, which not only affects the personal interests of consumers in the field of online shopping, but also hinders the development of the entire online shopping. This article discusses the legal protection of online consumer rights based on the ideas of raising questions, analyzing problems, and solving problems. First, the legal rights of consumers in the field of online shopping are explained, and then the main problems and problems that exist in the process of protecting the legal rights of online consumers are analyzed. The reason is that, finally, in combination with the actual situation of our country, suggestions on improving the legal protection of the rights of online consumers are proposed from the aspects of legislation,remedies, and legal supervision.
