摘要
自从中国实行高等教育扩招政策以来,人民教育水平不断提高,然而与大量剧增的具有高等教育水平的劳动力数量相比,就业市场工作岗位的吸收能力远远不够,由此造成过度教育现象。本文基于中国微观调查数据探究过度教育对工资的影响,研究发现对于总样本来说过度教育对工资的增加效应将会提高10.1%的回报率,同时过度教育对农村劳动力工资的增加效应(6.2%)小于城镇劳动力的工资效应(18.9%)。最后,提出结论并从政府、学校和个人的层面提出一些政策建议。
Since China implemented the higher education expansion policy,the people’s education level has continued to improve.However,compared with the large increase in the number of labors with higher education level,the absorptive capacity of jobs in the job market is far from enough,resulting in over-education..Based on China’s micro-survey data,this paper explores the impact of over-education on wages.The study found that for the total sample,the effect of over-education on wage increases will increase the rate of return by 10.1%.At the same time,the effect of over-education on the wage increase of rural labor force(6.2%)Is smaller than the wage effect of urban labor(18.9%).Finally,it puts forward conclusions and put forward some policy recommendations from the government,school,and individual levels.
