基于空间杜宾模型的市域科技创新能力的影响因素研究--以河北省为例 被引量:3

摘要 为了探索提升科技创新能力的途径,本文选取2015-2018年河北省11个地市的空间面板数据,利用空间自相关理论和空间杜宾模型进行市域科技创新能力影响因素的研究。研究发现:(1)河北省各地市科研创新能力之间存在一定的空间相关性;(2)科研经费投入是影响各地市科技创新能力的重要因素;(3)河北省各地市科学研究和技术服务业的发展在时间上表现为相互促进的趋势,在空间上表现为相互竞争关系。这说明进一步加强各地市之间的政府协调和科研创新合作是提高河北省科技创新能力的有效途径。 In order to explore ways to improve scientific and technological innovation capabilities,this paper selects the spatial panel data of 11 cities in Hebei Province from 2015 to 2018,and uses spatial autocorrelation theory and spatial Durbin[2]model to study the influencing factors of urban scientific and technological innovation capabilities.The study found that:(1)There is a certain spatial correlation between the scientific research and innovation capabilities of various cities in Hebei Province;(2)Scientific research funding is an important factor affecting the scientific and technological innovation capabilities of various cities;(3)Scientific research and technology of various cities in Hebei Province The development of the service industry is manifested as a trend of mutual promotion in time and as a mutually competitive relationship in space.This shows that further strengthening government coordination and scientific research and innovation cooperation between cities and regions is an effective way to improve Hebei's scientific and technological innovation capabilities.
