摘要
技术创新软环境的科学合理评价对区域创新能力的提升至关重要。为解决当前评价指标体系构建主观随意性大的问题,本文引入GT-Factor Analysis(因子理论)进行分析。基于扎根理论开展质性研究,构建技术创新软环境评价指标体系;基于因子分析法,对评价指标体系实行降维处理,开展综合评价和趋势分析。同时选取上海市B区为样本对象,以期为地方技术创新软环境评价和提升提供研究思路和决策依据。
The scientific and reasonable evaluation of the soft environment of technological innovation is crucial to the improvement of regional innovation capabilities.In order to solve the problem of subjective and arbitrary construction of the current evaluation index system,this article introduces GT-Factor Analysis(factor theory)for analysis.Carry out qualitative research based on grounded theory and build an evaluation index system for the soft environment of technological innovation;based on factor analysis,implement dimensionality reduction on the evaluation index system,and carry out comprehensive evaluation and trend analysis.At the same time,Shanghai B District is selected as the sample object,in order to provide research ideas and decision-making basis for the evaluation and promotion of the local technological innovation soft environment.
