摘要
目的:比较光固化流动树脂与传统窝沟封闭剂在窝沟封闭中的应用效果。方法:将2017年5月-2019年10月在笔者医院行窝沟封闭治疗的116例患儿通过随机抛硬币法分为两组,研究组(55例)患儿采用光固化流动树脂作为封闭剂治疗,对照组(61例)患儿采用传统窝沟封闭剂治疗。术后复查,比较两组患儿术后1个月、3个月、6个月封闭剂保留率以及术后6个月、1年龋齿患病率,并评估两组患儿生活质量。结果:术后1个月、3个月,两组患儿封闭剂完全保留率和部分保留率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后6个月,研究组患儿完全保留率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),部分保留率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患儿术后6个月以及1年龋齿患病率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患儿术后6个月、1年生活质量评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:光固化流体树脂材料和传统窝沟封闭剂均可较好地预防龋齿,但前者优势更大,可显著提高窝沟封闭剂的保留率,提升患儿生活质量。
Objective To compare the application effects of light-cured flowable resin and traditional pit and fissure sealant in pit and fissure sealing.Methods A total of 116 children who underwent pit and fissure sealing in the hospital between May 2017 and October 2019 were randomized into 2 groups.55 children in the study group were treated with light-cured flowable resin as the sealant and 61 children in the control group were treated with traditional pit and fissure sealant.Re-examination was performed after operation.The retention rate of the sealant and the prevalence of dental caries were compared between the 2 groups after surgery,and quality of life of the 2 groups was evaluated.Results There were no significant differences in the complete retention rate and partial retention rate of the sealant between the 2 groups at 1 month and 3 months after surgery(P>0.05).The complete retention rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 6 months after surgery(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in partial retention rate(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the prevalence of dental caries 6 months and 1 year after operation between the two groups(P>0.05).Quality of life scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group at 6 months and 1 year after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Both light-cured flowable resin and traditional pit and fissure sealant can be used to prevent dental caries.However,the former has more advantages because it can significantly increase the retention rate of pit and fissure sealant and improve quality of life of children.
