竿山何氏穴位敷贴联合鼻炎香囊治疗风伏肺络型儿童上气道咳嗽综合征的临床疗效

Clinical effect of Ganshan He′s Acupoint Application combined with Rhinitis Sachets on children with upper airway cough syndrome of Wind-fu lung collateral type

目的分析风伏肺络型儿童上气道咳嗽综合征治疗中竿山何氏穴位敷贴联合鼻炎香囊治疗的临床效果。方法选取2021年1-12月来该院就诊的患儿210例,按随机号法将其分为观察1组、观察2组和对照组,每组70例,对照组在常规治疗基础上采用空白敷贴和空白香囊治疗,观察1组在常规治疗基础上采用竿山何氏穴位敷贴特色疗法联合自制鼻炎香囊治疗,观察2组在常规治疗基础上采用竿山何氏穴位敷贴特色疗法,同时采用空白香囊。分析比较3组患儿的症候评分、实验室指标、短期疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗4周后,观察1组、观察2组、对照组患儿的咳嗽、鼻塞、鼻痒、流涕评分及症候总分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组患儿治疗后的特异性免疫球蛋白E(sIgE)、嗜酸性粒细胞计数(EOS)、炎症因子白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平均低于治疗前,但3组治疗4周后上述指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察1组、观察2组、对照组患儿短期总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风伏肺络型儿童上气道咳嗽综合征治疗中竿山何氏穴位敷贴联合鼻炎香囊治疗的临床效果较好。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Ganshan He′s Acupoint Application combined with Rhinitis Sachets on children with upper airway cough syndrome of Wind-fu lung collateral type.Methods A total of 210 children in the hospital from January to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group 1,observation group 2 and control group according to the random number method,with 70 cases in each group.The patients in control group was treated with blank application and blank sachet on the basis of conventional treatment.The patients in observation group 1 were treated with Ganshan He′s Acupoint Application characteristic therapy combined with self-made Rhinitis Sachet on the basis of conventional treatment.The patients in observation group 2 were treated with Ganshan He′s Acupoint Application characteristic therapy combined with blank sachet on the basis of conventional treatment.Then the symptoms score,laboratory indicators,short-term efficacy and adverse reactions of the three groups were analyzed and compared.Results After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in scores of cough,nasal congestion,nasal itching,runny nose and total symptoms in observation group 1,observation group 2 and control group(P<0.05).The levels of sIgE,EOS and IL-4 in the three groups after treatment were lower than before treatment,but there was no significant difference in the above indicators between the three groups(P>0.05).The short-term total effective rate of observation group 1,observation group 2 and control group was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Ganshan He′s Acupoint Application combined with Rhinitis Sachet is better in the treatment of children with upper airway cough syndrome of Wind-fu lung collateral type.
