肝癌组织中长链非编码RNA SNHG3的表达及临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of long non-coding RNA SNHG3 in liver cancer tissues

目的探讨肝癌组织中长链非编码RNA SNHG3(LncRNA SNHG3)的表达及临床意义。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月该院收治的原发性肝癌患者94例作为研究对象,收集术后肝癌组织及癌旁组织标本。采用实时荧光定量PCR(RT-qPCR)技术检测标本组织中LncRNA SNHG3的表达情况,并比较不同临床特征患者LncRNA SNHG3相对表达量的差异,采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析LncRNA SNHG3对肝癌的诊断价值。结果肝癌组织中LncRNA SNHG3的相对表达量(2.23±0.94)明显高于癌旁组织(0.69±0.21),差异有统计学意义(t=15.502,P<0.001);不同美国癌症联合会(AJCC)分期、淋巴结转移情况的患者肝癌组织中LncRNA SNHG3相对表达量比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);LncRNA SNHG3诊断肝癌的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.803(95%CI:0.711~0.936),特异度为82.61%,灵敏度为89.77%。结论肝癌组织中LncRNA SNHG3呈高表达,LncRNA SNHG3水平可能与肝癌的发生、发展有关。

Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of long-chain non-coding RNA SNHG3(LncRNA SNHG3)in liver cancer tissues.Methods A total of 94 patients with primary liver cancer admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected.Liver cancer tissues and adjacent tissues specimens were collected after operation.Using real-time fluorescence quantititative PCR(RT-qPCR)technology to detect the expression level of LncRNA SNHG3 in sample tissues,and to analyze the correlations between the expression level of LncRNA SNHG3 and the clinical characteristics of the patients.RT-qPCR was used to detect the expression level of LncRNA SNHG3 in sample tissues,and the relative expression levels of LncRNA SNHG3 in patients with different clinical characteristics were compared.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the diagnostic value of LncRNA SNHG3 in liver cancer.Results The relative expression level of LncRNA SNHG3 in liver cancer tissues(2.23±0.94)was significantly higher than that of adjacent tissues(0.69±0.21),and the difference was statistically significant(t=15.502,P<0.001).The relative expression of LncRNA SNHG3 in liver cancer tissues with high AJCC staging and lymph node metastasis increased significantly(P<0.05).The AUC of LncRNA SNHG3 for the diagnosis of liver cancer was 0.803(95%CI:0.711-0.936),the diagnostic specificity was 82.61%,and the sensitivity was 89.77%.Conclusion LncRNA SNHG3 expresses highly in liver cancer tissues,which may be related to the occurrence and progression of liver cancer.
