摘要 针对"海洋强国"和"交通强国"等国家战略需求,尤其近年来"新工科"建设,坚持立德树人,启迪智慧、塑造未来创新领军人才的理念,不断优化多元化创新型领军人才培养体系。通过发出3 500份调查表调研国内外行业未来发展需求,借鉴国内外一流大学经验,根据国家对新工科人才需求,分析研究生人才培养存在的问题和成长规律、实现人才培养目标的途径和方法,建立新的人才培养标准,逐步形成完整的人才培养体系,取得较好成效,具有借鉴和推广价值。 In response to the strategies of building maritime power and strong transportation network and the calls for developing "emerging engineering" over recent years, in the spirit of building character and spreading wisdom to cultivate innovative leading talents for the future and constantly upgrade the diversified cultivation system. Based on 3 500 questionnaires, the survey researches into the requirements of domestic and foreign industries for future developments. By drawing on the experience of world-class universities and taking into consideration the national demands for talents of "emerging engineering", this paper analyzes the existing problems and the law of development in postgraduates education and paths and methods for achieving the goal of cultivating talents so as to shed light on the establishment of a new standard and a comprehensive system for talent cultivation.
