印刷企业内控存在的问题及对策研究

Problems and Countermeasures of Internal Control in Printing Enterprises

国内印刷企业目前内控建设存在较多问题,如内控制度不完善、内部监督机制不健全、内控制度执行难度大、信息化建设不足等,这给企业的经营发展带来很大阻碍。基于当前我国印刷企业内控管理现状,分析其存在的问题及原因,并提出相应的对策建议。

At present,there are many problems in the internal control construction of domestic printing enterprises,such as imperfect internal control system,insufficient implementation,inadequate supervision and lagging information construction,which have brought great obstacles to the operation and development of enterprises.Based on the current situation of internal control management of printing enterprises in China,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
