本科层次职业教育教师教学创新团队建设研究 被引量:8

摘要 本科层次职业教育是新时代实现我国职业教育发展的重大战略,建立本科层次职业教育教师教学创新团队对提高职业本科办学质量具有重大意义。当前,我国本科层次职业教育教师创新团队建设存在着教师数量不足、结构不合理、教学质量不高、教学团队协作凝聚力不强、教师科研能力不强等问题。为解决上述问题,本科层次职业教育试点学校应该加大高层次人才引进力度,奠定团队建设的人才基础;健全教师培养机制,提升教师团队的整体水平;优化课程体系,改革团队教学模式与方法;深化产教融合,提升教师科技研发能力;健全制度体系,完善教师“共同体”的工作机制;全面提升本科层次职业教育教学创新团队建设水平。 Undergraduate vocational education is a major strategy to realize the development of China's Vocational Education in the new era.The establishment of teachers'teaching innovation team in undergraduate vocational education is of great significance to improve the quality of vocational undergraduate education.At present,there are some problems in the construction of teachers'innovative team in undergraduate vocational education in China,such as insufficient number of teachers,unreasonable structure,low teaching quality,weak cohesion of teaching team cooperation,weak teachers'scientific research ability and so on.In order to solve the above problems,the pilot universities of undergraduate vocational education should strengthen the introduction of high-level talents and lay the talent foundation for team construction;improve the teacher training mechanism and improve the overall level of the teacher team;optimize the curriculum system and reform the team teaching mode and method;deepen the integration of industry and education and improve teachers'scientific and technological research and development ability;improve the system,improve the working mechanism of teacher"community",and comprehensively improve the construction level of undergraduate vocational education teachers'teaching innovation team.
