摘要
以上海市四所中职学生为研究对象,对其社会支持和学习动机构建了研究模型,并用问卷调查检验了两者之间的关系与作用机制。结果表明:上海市中职学生的社会支持和学习动机均呈中等偏上水平;社会支持及其维度均与学习动机及其维度有显著正相关;社会支持中的父母支持和其他支持对学习动机有显著正向线性影响。结合研究结论提出四条改善中职学生学习动机的建议:注重引导作用,提高学生的学习兴趣;加强代际交流,营造良好的家庭氛围;重视同伴支持,加强正确的同伴互动;增强多方支持,保证积极的职校认同。
Taking the students of four secondary vocational schools in Shanghai as the research object,this paper constructs a research model on their social support and learning motivation,and tests the relationship and mechanism between them using a questionnaire.The results show that the social support and learning motivation of secondary vocational students in Shanghai are above the middle level;social support and its dimensions are positively correlated with learning motivation and its dimensions;parental support and other support in social support have a significant positive linear impact on learning motivation.Combined with the research conclusions,this paper puts forward four suggestions to improve the learning motivation of secondary vocational students:pay attention to the guiding role and improve students'learning interest;strengthen intergenerational exchanges and create a good family atmosphere;attach importance to peer support and strengthen correct peer interaction;strengthen multi-party support to ensure positive recognition of vocational schools.
