血清Vaspin与妊娠期糖尿病孕妇母婴结局的关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨血清Vaspin与妊娠期糖尿病孕妇母婴结局的关系。方法:以2020年11月—2021年1月我院收治的38例孕24~32周的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇为研究对象,全部孕妇均于我院分娩,依据围生期有无出现不良母婴结局将孕妇分为A组(母婴结局不良,25例)和B组(母婴结局良好,13例)。采集两组静脉血样测定血清Vaspin以及血脂与胰岛素相关生化指标TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、FPG和FINS,计算HOMA-IR,比较观察两组指标差异,Pearson相关分析Vaspin与上述指标相关性,Logistic回归分析妊娠糖尿病孕妇不良母婴结局的危险因素。结果:A组Vaspin、TC、TG、FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson分析示血清Vaspin与TC、TG、FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR均呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析,血清Vaspin、FPG、HOMA-IR是妊娠期糖尿病孕妇母婴结局不良的危险因素。结论:妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血清Vaspin呈高表达,与孕妇糖脂代谢紊乱及胰岛素抵抗有关,是不良母婴结局的独立危险因素,可用于预测妊娠期糖尿病预后。
