溶剂-反溶剂法制备亚微米氯酸钾

摘要 研究装药密度、氧化剂、约束条件等对烟火药燃爆性能的影响规律,首先要确定烟火药的组分组成和粒径,氧化剂颗粒的粒度对烟火药的燃烧性能有着重要作用。选用溶剂-反溶剂法制备亚微米级烟火药用氧化剂氯酸钾,需要考虑溶液初始质量浓度、溶剂与反溶剂的比例、搅拌速度、溶剂与反溶剂的混合速度四个影响因素。本文通过溶剂-反溶剂法研究四个影响因素对氯酸钾颗粒粒度的影响,确定最佳的溶剂-反溶剂法实验条件为初始质量浓度为70 mg/mL、搅拌速度1500 r/min、溶剂/反溶剂比例1∶10、滴加速度4 mL/min。 To study the influence of charge density,oxidant,and constraint conditions on the pyrotechnic composition,the composition and particle size of the pyrotechnic composition must first be determined.The particle size of the oxidant particles has an important effect on the combustion performance of the pyrotechnic composition.The choice of solventantisolvent method to prepare submicron pyrotechnic oxidant potassium chlorate requires consideration of four influencing factors:the initial concentration of the solution,the ratio of solvent to antisolvent,the stirring speed,and the mixing speed of solvent and antisolvent.In this paper,the influence of four influencing factors on the particle size of potassium chlorate was studied by the solvent-antisolvent method,and the best experimental conditions of the solvent-antisolvent method were determined as the initial concentration of 70 mg/mL,the stirring speed of 1500 r/min,the solvent/non-solvent ratio of 1∶10,and the dropping rate is 4 mL/min.
