多组分混合烷烃分离序列的合成优化研究

摘要 多组分精馏序列的研究是降低多塔精馏分离能耗的重要手段。本文采用双塔精馏分离正丁烷、正戊烷和正己烷混合物,对两种分离序列进行比选,两种工艺分别记为工艺a和工艺b,以产品纯度相同与能耗最小化为依据,采用Aspen plus对两种工艺进行模拟优化,得出工艺a的总能耗为1383.53 kW,工艺b的总能耗为1151.94 kW,工艺b比工艺a节能16.74%,被确定为最佳的分离序列。该研究结果可为多组分混合烷烃分离序列的节能优化设计提供理论依据与参考。 The study of multicomponent distillation sequence is an important means to reduce the energy consumption of multicomponent distillation separation.In this paper,the mixture of n-butane,n-pentane and n-hexane is separated by double tower distillation.The two separation sequences are compared and analyzed.The two processes are recorded as process a and process b respectively.Based on the same product purity and the minimization of energy consumption,the two processes are simulated and optimized by Aspen Plus.It is concluded that the total energy consumption of process a is 1383.53 kW,the total energy consumption of process b is 1151.94 kW,process b saves energy by 16.74%compared with process a,therefore,process b was determined as the best separation sequence.The research results can provide a theoretical basis and reference for the energy-saving optimization design of multicomponent mixed alkane separation sequence.
