摘要 海洋石油工程设施发展趋势之一是平台的简易化和无人化。海底管道流动安全保障也向着安全、简化、智能方向发展。常规平台流动安全保障措施有置换设备多、需要人工操作、投资较高、置换流程复杂等特点。本文对渤海某边际油田无人平台流动安全保障进行了研究,简化了无人平台置换设备及置换流程;实现了远程操作智能化,制定了经济合理的流动安全保障置换方案,为边际油田开发提供了参考经验。 One of the development tendency of offshore oil engineering facilities is the simplification and unmanned of the platform.The flow assurance of subsea pipeline is also developing towards safety,simplification and intelligence.The conventional platform flow assurance measures have the characteristics of much replacement equipment,manual operation,high investment and complex replacement process.This paper studies the flow assurance of unmanned platform in a marginal oilfield in the Bohai Sea,and simplifies the replacement equipment and process of unmanned platform,intelligent remote operation is realized,the economic and reasonable replacement scheme is formulated,which provides reference experience for marginal oilfield development.
