提高站改信号软件倒替试验效率探析

摘要 随着铁路建设的快速发展和提高运输效益的要求,需要对大量的既有车站的信号控制设备进行更新改造;改造的车站在开通前必须利用天窗或施工点,模拟室外设备条件后,将新的联锁软件倒替原有软件,对变动部分的设备进行联锁试验,并在天窗或施工点结束前,拆除室外模拟条件恢复原样倒回原有联锁软件进行相关试验,确保车站既有设备正常后交付车站使用。软件倒替试验时间长、风险高,对施工的影响非常大,间接影响行车的效率,联锁软件倒替对提高运输效率和信号设备的升级有着重要的意义,因此既保证行车安全又完成信号设备过渡施工是一项重要的工作。文章对两年来管辖站场信号设备过渡施工中存在的联锁软件倒替问题进行了深入的分析,找出造成施工效率低下的原因并提出有益的整改措施,对既有车站的改造意义重大。 With the rapid development of railway construction and the requirements of improving transportation efficiency,it is necessary to update and transform a large number of signal control equipment in existing stations.Before the opening of the reconstructed station,the skylight or construction point must be used to simulate the outdoor equipment conditions.After the new interlocking software is replaced by the original software,the interlocking test shall be carried out on the equipment of the changed part.Before the skylight or construction point is completed,the outdoor simulation conditions shall be removed,the original interlocking software shall be restored,and relevant tests shall be carried out to ensure that the existing equipment in the station can be delivered to the station after normal operation;the software replacement test takes a long time and has a high risk,which has a great impact on the construction and indirectly affects the driving efficiency.The interlocking software replacement is of great significance to improve the transportation efficiency and the upgrading of signal equipment.Therefore,it is an important work to ensure the driving safety and complete the transition construction of signal equipment.This paper makes an in-depth analysis on the problem of interlocking software replacement existing in the transition construction of station signal equipment in the past two years,finds out the causes of low construction efficiency,and puts forward useful rectification measures,which is of great significance to the transformation of existing stations.
