摘要
目的:探讨频谱水对SPF级KM小鼠抗氧化作用。方法:60只SPF级KM小鼠(♀),分A、B和C组,每组20只KM小鼠。A组动物每天泡浴频谱水45分钟同时自由饮用频谱水;B组动物每天泡浴频谱水45分钟同时自由饮用自来水;C组动物每天泡浴自来水45分钟同时自由饮用自来水,实验时间为40天。实验结束后动物采血,进行MDA含量、SOD活性及GSH-Px活性的测定。结果:MDA含量A组与C组比较,差异极显著(P<0.01)、B组与C组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);SOD活性A组与B组比较,差异极显著(P<0.01),B组与C组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),A组与C组比较,差异极显著(P<0.01);GSH-Px活性A组与C组比较,差异极显著(P<0.01)、B组与C组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),A组与B组比较,差异极显著(P<0.01)。结论:KM小鼠频谱水泡浴和饮用频谱水或者单纯频谱水泡浴均能提高超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性,降低丙二醛含量,尤其是频谱水泡浴和饮用效果最为明显。
Objective:To investigate the antioxidant effect of spectrum water on SPF KM mice.Methods:A total of 60 SPF KM male mouse were divided into groups A,B and C,with 20 KM mice in each group.The animals in group A bathed in spectrum water for 45 minutes every day and drank spectrum water freely at the same time;the animals in group B bathed in spectrum water for 45 minutes every day and drank tap water freely at the same time;the animals in group C bathed in tap water for 45 minutes every day and drank tap water freely at the same time for 40 days.After the experiment,the animals took blood for the determination of MDA content,SOD activity and GSH PX activity determination.Results:There was significant difference in the content of MDA between group A and group C(P<0.01),and there was significant difference between group B and group C(P<0.05);there was significant difference in SOD activity between group A and group B(P<0.01),there was significant difference between group B and group C(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between group A and group C(P<0.01);there was significant difference in GSH-PX activity between group A and group C(P<0.01),there was significant difference between group B and group C(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between group A and group B(P<0.01).Conclusion:Spectrum bubble bath and drinking spectrum water or spectrum bubble bath alone can increase the activities of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase and reduce the content of malondialdehyde in KM mice.In particular,the spectrum bubble bath and drinking effect are the most obvious.
