摘要
文章以专利信息分析为工具,开展生物炭材料在农药缓控释技术领域的研究。从国内外主要国家专利申请整体趋势、IPC技术分类构成、专利转让情况3个维度进行对比,了解该技术领域的国内外研究差距及各自的优势,进而预测未来研究方向。该领域在未来会持续保持较高的研发热度,但国内科研需加强自身在肥料、种植、环境修复等优势科研领域的同时延伸到高价值新药剂、原药等方向拓展,实现有效缩短国内外研究差距,促进专利成果的转化应用,提高专利技术转化实施的占比。
Using patent information analysis as a tool,this paper carried out the research on biochar materials in the field of pesticide slow and controlled release technology.Compare the overall trend of patent applications in major countries at home and abroad,the classification composition of IPC technology and patent transfer,understand the research gap and respective advantages in this technology field at home and abroads,and then predict the future research direction.This field will continue to maintain a high R&D heat in the future.However,domestic scientific research needs to strengthen its own expansion in the advantageous scientific research fields such as fertilizer,planting and environmental restoration to high-value new drugs and original drugs,so as to effectively shorten the research gap at home and abroad,promote the transformation and application of patent achievements,and improve the proportion of patent technology transformation and implementation.
