脱醇型室温硫化硅橡胶的粘接性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(107硅橡胶)为基胶,纳米碳酸钙为填料,添加硅烷偶联剂等制得脱醇型单组分室温硫化硅橡胶。研究了纳米碳酸钙、硅烷偶联剂种类和基胶黏度对硅橡胶粘接性能的影响。结果表明,随着纳米碳酸钙平均粒径由60 nm减小到30 nm,硅橡胶的拉伸强度从1.30 MPa上升至1.45 MPa,拉断伸长率从720%上升至1080%后下降到950%,较佳的填料为KS-40;未添加硅烷偶联剂的硅橡胶贮存稳定性较好,但对铝材、不锈钢的粘接性能不佳,添加硅烷偶联剂后粘接性能改善,硅烷偶联剂选择γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷较佳;随着107硅橡胶黏度从5000 mPa·s升高到500000 mPa·s,硅橡胶拉伸强度从1.74 MPa降至1.42 MPa,拉断伸长率从150%升至580%,粘接性能提高,基胶采用80000 mPa·s的107硅橡胶较佳。 The dealcoholized RTV-1 silicone rubber was prepared byα,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane(107 silicone rubber)as base rubber,nano-calcium carbonate as filler,and adding silane coupling agent.The effects of nano-calcium carbonate,types of silane coupling agent and viscosity of base silicone rubber on the properties of silicone rubber were studied.The results show that as the average particle size of calcium carbonate decreases from 60 nm to 30 nm,the tensile strength of silicone rubber increases from 1.30 MPa to 1.45 MPa,and the elongation at break increases from 720%to 1080%and then decreases to 950%.The preferred filler is KS-40;silicone rubber without silane coupling agent has good storage performance,but has poor adhesion to aluminum and stainless steel;the rubber improves the bonding properties with silane coupling agent of AMMO.As the viscosity of 107 silicone rubber increases from 5000 mPa·s to 500000 mPa·s,the tensile strength of silicone rubber decreases from 1.74 MPa to 1.42 MPa,and the elongation at break increases from 150%to 580%,the bonding performance of 107 silicone rubber is 80000 mPa·s.
