Construction Mode and Bidding and Procurement Management Practice of LNG Terminal Project

随着LNG消费市场的需求快速增长,LNG接收站作为进口LNG接收、储存及外输设施,在国内迎来建设的重要机遇期。本文在对LNG接收站项目建设组织方式及项目管理模式进行系统分析的基础上,结合LNG接收站项目招标采购管理的实践,提出了工程招标及服务采购标段划分建议清单、长周期设备采购建议清单及采购界面划分的相关建议。

With the booming of the LNG consumer market,LNG receiving stations,as facilities for imported LNG receiving,storage and export,usher in a significant period of opportunity for construction in China.On the basis of a systematic analysis of LNG terminal project construction organization and project management mode,combined with the practice of LNG terminal project bidding and procurement management,a list of suggestions are proposed such as proposal list for project bidding and service procurement bidding division,long-cycle equipment procurement recommendations and procurement interface division.
