摘要
如何提高高校科技成果转化效率,实现创新资源合理配置,让有价值的科学成果转变为现实生产力,成为近年来高校科技创新工作的重点任务。本文基于广东高校科研成果转化中存在的主要问题,就如何进一步提高广东省高校科研转化率,提出了完善服务链条、成立省级技术产权交易市场、提高技术交易市场治理水平等具体建议。
In recent years,It has become a key task of science and technology innovation in colleges and universities to improve the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements,realize the reasonable allocation of innovation resources,and transform scientific achievements into productivity.Based on the main problems in the transformation of scientific research achievements of Guangdong universities,this article puts forward specific suggestions on how to further enhance the scientific research transformation rate of Guangdong universities,perfect the service chain,establish a provincial technology property rights trading market,and improve the governance level of the trading market.
