摘要
超声技术工艺应用于甘草碱溶性多糖的提取具有明显的优势,不仅能大幅提高有效成分的提取率,还能提高工作效率、节省溶剂、简化提取操作。本文以甘草为原料,通过U*6(64)均匀设计试验考察NaOH浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取温度等对多糖提取率的优化,以确定各因素的最佳水平。
The ultrasonic technology used in the extraction of alkali-soluble polysaccharides of liquorice has obvious advantages.It can not only greatly boost the extraction rate of active ingredients,but also contribute to work efficiency,economize on solvents,and simplify extraction operations.In this paper,using liquorice as the raw material,the U*6(64)uniform design experiment is applied to examine the optimization of the extraction rate of polysaccharides such as NaOH concentration,solid-to-liquid ratio,extraction time,and extraction temperature to determine the optimal level of each factor.
