高校图书馆助力“三全育人”实践研究

Research on the Practice of“Three All-round Education”Assisted by University Libraries

高校图书馆在“三全育人”教育实践开展中占有重要地位。为了促进高校“三全育人”取得更大成效,高校图书馆应充分利用文献育人优势,加大与学校其他部门的协同育人力度,使高校图书馆在“三全育人”活动中彰显自身特色。本文章从塑造文化氛围、优化文献资源采购和分配、提高馆员育人能力、增强部门联动等方面提出了高校图书馆助力“三全育人”的建议。

University libraries occupies a significant position in the practice of“Three All-round Education”.In order to achieve greater results in colleges and universities,authorities in university libraries should make full use of the advantages of literature education,and strengthen the collaborative education with relevant departments,so that university libraries can highlight their own characteristics.This article puts forward suggestions for university libraries to assist“Three All-round Education”in terms of shaping the cultural atmosphere,optimizing the procurement and allocation of literature resources,improving the educating ability of librarians,and enhancing departmental linkage.
