摘要
随着中日商贸关系的不断加强,对商务人才的培养提出了更高的要求。本文基于对高职院校商务日语口译人才培养现状及日资企业人才需求情况的调研,针对商务日语专业在培养目标、课程体系、实训教学等方面存在的主要问题,基于“产出导向法”的角度提出了优化商务日语口译人才培养模式的建议。
With the continuous strengthening of Sino-Japanese business relations,higher requirements are put forward for the training of business talents.This article draws on the investigation of the current situation of the training of business Japanese interpreters in higher vocational colleges and the demand for talents in Japanese-funded enterprises.Aiming at the problems of training goals,curriculum systems,and training teaching,suggestions on optimizing the talent training mode of business Japanese interpreters are proposed from the perspective of“production-oriented approach”.
