摘要 在碳中和背景下,城市道路照明系统节能要求越来越高,为实现城市路灯照明系统智能化节能目的,设计一种基于NB-IoT技术的低功耗智能路灯控制系统。单灯控制器以低功耗的ATMEGA32作为核心控制器,采用BC53-G实现运营商网络与路灯监控平台的双向通信,融合光照传感器、温度传感器以及监控平台的开发等实现了路灯系统的自定义控制、智能控制等,结合系统监控平台可以实现系统的断电保护、故障信息自动上报以及路灯节点的电压、电流、功率等数据采集等,达到了无人化智能管理需求。并在此基础上通过系统低功耗优化设计以及结合节能管理方案有效降低了电能损耗,经过运行测试,该系统在半节能模式下较正常模式下节约功耗达46%,根据系统控制平台的要求运行稳定,节能效果明显,具有可推广性。 Under the background of carbon neutrality,the energy saving requirements of urban road lighting system are increasingly high. In order to achieve the purpose of intelligent and energy saving of urban street lighting system,a low power intelligent street lighting control system based on NB-IoT technology is designed. The single lamp controller uses the low-power ATMEGA32 as the core controller;and integrates the BC53-G to realize the two-way communication between the operator network and the street lamp monitoring platform,integrating the development of light sensor,temperature sensor and monitoring platform,the user-defined control and intelligent control of street lamp system are realized,combined with the system monitoring platform,it can realize the power-off protection of the system,automatic fault information reporting and data collection of voltage,current and power of street lamp nodes,which meets the requirements of unmanned intelligent management. And on this basis,the power loss is effectively reduced through the system low-power optimization design and the combination of energy-saving management schemes. After operating tests,Compared with the normal mode,the power consumption of the system can be reduced by 46% in the semi-energy saving mode. According to the requirements of the control platform,the system runs stably and the energy saving effect is obvious,and it is popular.
