摘要
伴随着手机的快速普及,对于手机玻璃面板的需求也是在不断增长,为了能够获取高质量的玻璃面板,这也对于检测的精度提出了比较高的要求。手机玻璃面板干涉图存在着大量的噪声,在对平整度检测之前,需要把噪声进行去除。该文提出了一种基于条纹方向的中值滤波方法,首先要对干涉条纹图的方向进行计算,可以得到条纹的等值线窗口,最后一步就是要在确定的等值线窗口内进行中值滤波。相比于传统的去噪算法,它对于相位的保存和噪声的去除都有比较好的效果。
With the rapid popularity of mobile phones,the demand for mobile phone glass panels is also growing,in order to obtain high quality glass panels,which also requires a relatively high requirement for detection accuracy.There is a large amount of noise in the interferogram of the glass panel of mobile phone. Before the flatness detection,the noise needs to be removed. In this paper,a median filtering method based on fringe direction is proposed.Firstly,the direction of interference fringe pattern should be calculated to obtain the contour window of fringe. The last step is to filter the median in the determined contour window. Compared with the traditional denoising algorithm,it has better effect on phase preservation and noise removal.
