摘要 高校在高素质人才培养中承担着重要作用。信息技术和产业的融合发展迫切需要高效培养具有创新精神的高素质、多学科交叉的复合型应用型人才。全人教育以人为本的理念,旨在培养完整的人和促进人的全面发展,为高效教学提供了启示。根据计算机通识教育的现状与存在的问题,本文探讨了基于全人教育理念的人才培养模式改革,阐述了新工科背景下计算机通识教育的课程目标、课程体系,并针对性开展了课程模式、课程内容、课程教学的探索与实践。 Colleges and universities play an important role in the cultivation of high-quality talents.The integrated development of information technology and industry urgently needs to efficiently cultivate high-quality,multi-disciplinary and compound application-oriented talents with innovative spirit.The people-oriented concept of holistic education aims to cultivate complete people and promote the all-round development of people,which provides enlightenment for efficient teaching.According to the current situation and existing problems of computer general education,this article discussed the reform of the talent training model based on the concept of holistic education,expounded the curriculum goals and curriculum system of computer general education under the background of new engineering subjects,and carried out targeted exploration and practice on the course model,course content,and course teaching of it.
