工业厂房承台桩基础偏移分析与纠偏处理技术

Deviation analysis and corrective treatment technology of cushion cap pile foundation in industrial plant

我国沿海地区因软弱土层地质原因,经常出现施工阶段基础偏移现象,给工程建设带来很大困扰,妥善处理好此类现象是亟须应对的现实问题。以瑞闽某工业厂房承台基础施工为例,通过二维有限元分析模型,进行桩基损坏模拟力学计算,准确判定桩基完整性和需要纠偏的桩基数量。通过"卸载+顶推"工艺原理的纠偏技术措施,运用承台基础主动侧土方卸荷和顶推处理方式,实现偏位承台基础回位,满足了设计要求。最终处理结果表明:本文通过建模力学分析和理论验算基础上确立的"卸载+顶推"工艺原理,具有显著的纠偏效果,可为类似工程中的问题解决提供有益的施工借鉴。

Due to the geological influence of weak soil layer in China’s coastal areas, foundation deviation often occurs in the construction stage, which brings great trouble to the construction of the project.It is an urgent and practical problem to deal with the foundation deviation properly.Taking the construction of the cushion pile cap foundation of an industrial plant in Ruimin as an example, through the two-dimensional finite element analysis model, the mechanical calculation of pile foundation damage simulation is carried out to accurately determine the integrity of the pile foundation and the number of pile foundations that needed to be rectified.Through the protective deviation corrective technical measures based on the technical principle of "unloading + pushing", return of cushion cap foundation is realized effectively by active-side earthwork unloading and jack pushing, which met the design requirements.The final processing results show that the "unloading+pushing" technical principle established in this paper on the basis of modeling mechanical analysis and theoretical calculations has a significant corrective effect, which can provide useful construction references for solving problems in similar projects in the future.
