摘要 超高性能混凝土(Ultra-high Performance Concrete,UHPC)是一种新型水泥基复合材料,具有超高抗压强度、良好抗拉强度和优异的耐久性能。针对UHPC材料的优异材料性能,开展了UHPC材料在桥梁结构中的应用分析,总结了UHPC发展的限制因素,对UHPC材料价格展开因素化分析,并根据UHPC材料收缩和受力平衡理论对桥面板钢筋和桥面结构进行受力状态分析。得出了钢纤维掺量是影响UHPC经济性的主要因素,证实了由于UHPC材料的收缩性能,导致桥面板在材料产生收缩后钢筋承受压应力,桥面板承受拉应力,而通过掺碎石后UHPC收缩量减小,钢筋和桥面板受力减小。UHPC材料在桥梁主体结构、桥面板、人行道盖板、后浇带和负弯矩区等方面有着广阔的应用前景,该研究为UHPC的广泛应用和发展提供借鉴和思路。 Ultra-high Performance Concrete(UHPC)is a new type of cement-based composite material,which has high compressive strength,good tensile strength and excellent durability.In view of the excellent material performance of UHPC material,the application analysis of UHPC material in bridge structure is carried out,the limiting factors of the development of UHPC are summarized,the price of UHPC material is carried out factor analysis,and the stress state analysis of bridge deck steel bar and bridge deck structure is conducted according to the theory of UHPC material contraction and force balance.It is concluded that the steel fiber content is the main factor affecting the economy of UHPC.It is confirmed that due to the shrinkage property of UHPC material,the steel bar bears compressive stress and the bridge deck bears tensile stress after the material shrinks.However,the shrinkage of UHPC decreases after gravel mixing,and the stress of steel bar and bridge deck decreases.UHPC material has a broad application prospect in the main structure of bridge,bridge deck,pavement cover plate,post-pouring belt and negative bending moment area,etc.This study provides references and ideas for the wide application and development of UHPC.
