摘要
弹性短轨枕经过长时间运营,维修整治成本较高且效果也不理想,从而影响列车运行的安全性、平稳性。对广州地铁二号线公园前~纪念堂下行ZDK14+268~ZDK14+418共150 m弹性短轨枕试验段先行改造工程进行了研究,改造大修采用低高度上部自锁式双层非线性减振扣件实现原弹性短轨枕减振降噪性能,浇筑水泥基灌浆料将普通混凝土短轨枕与既有整体道床固结的大修施工技术,从根本上解决了弹性短轨枕病害,为今后地铁运营线路弹性短轨枕改造大修提供重要指导和参考。
After a long time of operation,the maintenance and remediation cost of elastic short sleeper is high and the effect is not ideal,thus affecting the safety and stability of the train operation.In this article,a study is conducted on the reconstruction project of ZDK14+268~ZDK14+418 elastic short sleeper test section with a total length of 150 m downward from Gongyuanqian Station~Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall Staion in Guangzhou Metro Line 2.The construction technology of using GJ-Ⅲfasteners for reconstruction and overhaul to achieve the damping noise reduction performance of the original elastic short sleeper,and pouring cement-based grouting material to consolidate the ordinary concrete short sleeper with the existing monolithic track bed,fundamentally solves the elastic short sleeper diseases,and provides important guidance and reference for the reconstruction and overhaul of elastic short sleepers of metro operation lines in the future.
