摘要
案例教学法是基于实践经验的探索性教学方法,对"食品营养学"一流课程的建设、培养学生创新能力、全面提升教学质量具有积极的推动作用。案例资源库是保证案例教学能否成功实施的关键因素,是决定一流课程教学质量和教学效果的前提和保障。案例资源库建设的总原则应结合一流课程"两性一度"建设标准,符合课程本身属性和教学对象特点,紧扣课程教学大纲,与教学目标和教学内容相呼应。
Case teaching method was an exploratory teaching method based on practical experience,which plays a positive role in promoting the construction of the first-class course of Food Nutrition,cultivating students’ innovative ability and comprehensively improving the teaching quality. Case resource library is the key factor to ensure the successful implementation of case teaching,and the premise and guarantee to determine the teaching quality and teaching effect of first-class courses. The general principle of the construction of case resource library should be combined with the construction standard of" profoundness-innovation-challenging"of first-class courses,in line with the characteristics of the course itself and teaching objects,closely related to the course syllabus,and corresponding to the teaching objectives and teaching contents.
