结核感染T细胞斑点自动检测仪开发

摘要 面向临床检验需求,设计了一种结核感染T细胞斑点自动检测仪,对其机械结构、控制系统、PC机应用软件进行了设计与开发。确立了"PC机+嵌入式控制器+运动平台"的控制系统架构,开发了基于STM32F407的嵌入式控制器,并设计了上下位机软件,实现了步进电动机运动控制、传感器信号采集、CAN总线通信及结核感染T细胞斑点自动检测流程控制。实验结果表明:自动检测仪在整机测试过程中运行稳定,图像采集结果可以达到图像处理的标准,每个试剂盒的平均检测时间为194 s,满足结核感染T细胞斑点自动检测的需求,对T-SPOT.TB技术的临床应用具有重要作用。 To meet the requirements of clinical testing, a T-SPOT automatic detect instrument is designed. This paper designs and develops its mechanical structure, control system and PC application software. The control system architecture of “PC + embedded controller + motion platform”is established, the embedded controller based on STM32 F407 is exploited, and the upper and lower computer software is designed. Stepper motor motion control, sensor signal acquisition,CAN bus communication and T-SPOT automatic detection process control are realized. The experimental results show that the control system of T-SPOT automatic detect instrument runs stably, and the image acquisition results can meet the standards of image processing. The average detection time of each plate is 3 minutes and 14 seconds, which meets the requirements of T-SPOT automatic detection and plays an important role in the clinical application of T-SPOT.TB.
