摘要
介绍了一种小型三轮电动车后悬挂新型结构,并阐述了其结构组成及工作原理,该结构能够保证电动三轮车的3个轮胎始终接触地面,增加了轮胎的接地面积,行驶更加安全、平稳。并对后悬挂摆臂结构进行载荷计算及静力学分析。仿真结果显示后悬挂新型结构的强度和刚性满足三轮电动车的使用要求,该结构已用于实际三轮电动车,运行效果良好。
This paper introduces a new type of rear suspension structure of micro three-wheeled electric vehicle, and expounds its structure composition and working principle. This structure can ensure that the three tires of the three-wheeled electric vehicle always contact the ground, increase the tire grounding area, and drive more safely and smoothly.The load calculation and static analysis of the rear suspension arm structure are carried out. The simulation results show that the strength and rigidity of the new rear suspension structure can meet the requirements of three-wheeled electric vehicles. The structure has been used in practical three wheeled electric vehicles, and the running effect is good.
