摘要
销轴受到剪切力作用被认为是滚子链条静强度破断的主要原因。文中采用材料力学方法对销轴的受力状况进行了分析,认为销轴除了受到剪切作用外,还受到弯曲作用。计算了60滚子链的销轴在静强度破断时受到的最大弯矩和最大剪力,并据此计算出最大切应力和最大正应力。计算结果表明,销轴受到的最大拉应力大于最大切应力。最后给出了新的销轴静强度校核公式。
The shearing force of the pin shaft is considered to be the main reason for the static strength breaking of the roller chain. This paper uses the mechanics of materials to analyze the stress condition of the pin shaft, and it is concluded that the pin shaft is subjected to bending besides shear. The maximum bending moment and shear force of the pin shaft of60 roller chain are calculated when the static strength is broken, and the maximum shear stress and maximum normal stress are calculated accordingly. The results show that the maximum tensile stress of the pin shaft is greater than the maximum shear stress. Finally, a new static strength check formula for pin shaft is given.
