Mechanical Structure Design and Realization of Multifunctional Sofa Backrest Based on SolidWorks Software

将目前较常见的多功能沙发机构所实现的主要功能分为三大模块,包括腿部功能模块,座椅、靠背功能模块,及按摩、娱乐等附加功能模块。以沙发靠背为例,基于SolidWorks软件环境下设计了一种薄款沙发头枕顶腰机构。通过软件进行建模、应力分析并改进结构,最终以样品疲劳测试的方式验证了产品的可靠性。以期对未来的多功能沙发产品开发领域提供参考。

The main functions realized by the more common multifunctional sofa mechanisms are divided into three modules, including leg function modules, seat and backrest function modules, and massage and entertainment function modules. Taking the sofa backrest as an example, a thin sofa headrest waist mechanism is designed based on the SolidWorks software environment. Modeling, stress analysis and structure improvement are carried out through software,and the reliability of the product is verified by means of sample fatigue testing. In order to provide a reference for the future development of multifunctional sofa products and be further improved.
