摘要
对称双簧式恒力支吊架具有载荷调整但不缩短行程的特点,适用于有限安装高度场合。文中根据对称双簧式恒力支吊架运行原理,建立了力学模型,推导并求解了计算方程。在此基础上,研究了滚动摩擦因数、弹簧刚度偏差和预压缩偏差对装置性能的影响。研究结果表明:滚动摩擦因数是影响装置性能的主要因素;弹簧刚度偏差仅对装置载荷偏差度造成影响;通过调节弹簧预压缩可调整装置载荷,但应考虑设置合适的补偿机构,以解决装置恒定度下降的问题。
The symmetrical double-spring constant force hanger has the characteristics of load adjustment but does not shorten the stroke, which is suitable for occasions with limited installation height. According to the operational principle of the device, the mechanical model is established, and the calculation equations is derived and solved. Furthermore, the effects of the rolling friction coefficient, spring stiffness deviation and pre-compression deviation on the performance of the device are studied. The results indicate that the rolling friction coefficient is the main factor affecting the performance of the device. The spring stiffness deviation only affects the load deviation of device. The load of the device can be adjusted by adjusting the spring pre-compression, however a suitable compensation mechanism should be considered to solve the problem of the steadiness decrease.
