风电机组主轴承内圈结构形式对连接螺栓强度的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 以某风力发电机组的轮毂与主轴承连接螺栓强度分析为研究对象,分别采用两瓣式和三瓣式的主轴承内圈结构形式,使用ANSYS软件对轮毂与主轴承连接螺栓进行有限元建模计算,分析其极限强度、疲劳强度及主轴承内圈接触面的开口和滑移情况。结果表明:采用两瓣式的主轴承内圈结构形式,其极限强度和疲劳强度较好,但主轴承内圈接触面的开口和滑移情况较严重,采用三瓣式的主轴承内圈结构形式,其极限强度和疲劳强度较差,但主轴承内圈接触面的开口和滑移情况较好。 Taking the strength analysis of the connecting bolts between the hub and the main bearing of a wind turbine as the research object, the two-part and three-part main bearing inner ring structures are used respectively, and ANSYS software is used to perform modeling and finite element analysis on the connecting bolts between the hub and the main bearing. This paper analyzes its ultimate strength, fatigue strength, and the opening and slippage of the inner ring contact surface of the main bearing. The results show that the two-part main bearing inner ring structure has better ultimate strength and fatigue strength, but the opening and slippage of the main bearing inner ring contact surface are more serious;the ultimate strength and fatigue strength of the three-part main bearing inner ring is poor, but the opening and slippage of the contact surface of the main bearing inner ring are better.
