摘要
研究了空心柱塞的冷挤压工艺成形,为同类零件的工艺设计提供了参考。首先在INVENTOR里建立三维模型;其次,利用DEFORM-3D模拟仿真平台,分析了空心柱塞在成形过程中对应材料的受力变形情况。结果表明,此工艺能够较好地解决空心柱塞类零件的成形问题,并为机械工程实际生产提供理论依据。
This paper studies the cold extrusion process of hollow plunger, which provides a reference for the process design of similar components. Firstly, a three-dimensional model is established in INVENTOR. Then, the extrusion forming process is simulated and analyzed using DEFORM-3 D simulation software. The stress and deformation of the corresponding material in the forming process of hollow plunger are analyzed. The results show that this process can solve the forming problem of hollow plunger parts, and provide a theoretical basis for the actual production of mechanical engineering.
