摘要
介绍了KL180-140型压裂井口装置的结构和功能,并对压裂井口装置油管头、悬挂器、压裂井口装置平板阀阀体等关键部件进行了三维建模及强度校核。该装置由油管头、金属密封式悬挂器总成、上法兰、PFF180-140法兰式平行闸阀、压裂注入头等组成,实现了页岩气压裂生产工艺,经现场应用效果良好。
This paper introduces the structure and function of the KL180-140 fracturing wellhead device, and carries out three-dimensional modeling and strength calibration on key components such as the tubing head, hanger, and fracturing wellhead flat valve body of the fracturing wellhead device. The device is composed of tubing head, metal seal hanger assembly, upper flange, PFF180-140 flange type parallel gate valve and fracturing injection head, which realizes the shale gas fracturing production process, and has good results after field application.
