摘要
某DCT车型在行驶过程中,发动机出现机油消耗量大的问题,并伴有加速异响问题,更换增压器后故障消除。经分析,原因是该车型增压器转速超出限值,导致主轴断裂。通过降低DCT车辆5000~6000 r/min的压比,可有效减少增压器转速问题,避免增压器断轴故障。
During the driving process of a certain DCT vehicle, the engine has a problem of large oil consumption,accompanied by abnormal noise during acceleration, and the fault is eliminated after replacing the supercharger. After analysis, the reason is that the speed of the supercharger of this model exceeds the limit, which causes the main shaft to break. By reducing the pressure ratio of 5000~6000 r/min for DCT vehicles, the speed problem of the supercharger can be effectively reduced, and the shaft breakage of the supercharger can be avoided.
