摘要
构建导管架平台的有限元模型,对平台倒塌失效进行数值模拟。采用基于风险的检验(Risk-Based Inspection,RBI)方法对平台失效结果进行风险评估,根据失效后果等级和失效概率等级确认风险等级。结合目标平台现状,识别平台关键节点和杆件,制定相应的RBI监测方案,并给出推荐的检测周期、检测范围和结构维修、加强措施。研究成果可为海洋平台的失效风险评估提供一定参考。
The finite element model of jacket platform is constructed to simulate the collapse failure of the platform.Risk-based inspection(RBI)method is used to evaluate the risk of platform failure results,and the risk level is confirmed according to the failure consequence level and failure probability level.Combined with the current situation of the target platform,the key nodes and members of the platform are identified,the corresponding RBI monitoring plan is formulated,and the recommended inspection period,inspection range,and structural maintenance and strengthening measures are given.The research results can provide some references for the failure risk assessment of offshore platforms.
