疏肝法治疗心理应激相关不孕症的研究进展

Research progress on infertility related psychological stress in liver-relieving method treatment

近年来心理应激导致的女性不孕症患者日益增多,其生活质量受到直接影响。中医学认为,肝在调畅情绪中发挥着不可替代的作用,肝疏泄功能正常是情绪活动调畅的保障。肝藏血,肝血充足则生殖之精得以转化;肝主疏泄,可调畅气机、调和血气、协调冲任,经调而子嗣。本文通过查阅CNKI、Pubmed等数据库,对目前疏肝法治疗心理应激相关不孕症进行总结,旨在为临床治疗心理应激相关不孕症提供参考。

In recent years,there are more and more female infertility patients caused by psychological stress,and the quality of life of patients has been greatly aSected.Liver plays an irreplaceable role in regulating emotions in traditional Chinese medicine.Normal liver catharsis function is the guarantee of regulating emotions.The liver stores blood,and if the liver blood is sufficient,the reproductive essence can be transfbnned.Liver main catharsis,would be adjusted chang Qi,harmonizing blood and gas,coordination chong ren,so as to be pregnancy.Through consulting databases such as CNKI and Pubmed,this paper summarizes the current treatment of psychological stress-related infertility by regulating the liver,aiming to provide reference for the clinical treatment of psychological stress-related infertility.
