穴位注射疗法治疗脑性瘫痪合并语言障碍研究进展

Research Progress of Acupoint Injection Therapy in the Treatment of Cerebral Palsy Complicated with Language Barrier

穴位注射疗法治疗脑性瘫痪(简称脑瘫)合并语言障碍药物有:鼠神经生长因子、神经节苷脂、脑苷肌肽注射液或脑蛋白水解物、中药注射剂等。穴位注射相关药物后,可能引起不良反应。引起不良反应的原因有:(1)药物在加工制作的过程中产生过敏原;(2)中药药物成分复杂,其中可能含有一些尚未发现的过敏因子;(3)肌肉注射和静脉注射的速度及剂量;(4)稀释药物的溶剂成分中有大分子物质;(5)疗程过长使有害物质堆积体内而产生不良反应;(6)患者本身为过敏体质,对该类药物过敏;(7)患者的年龄、性别等差异。目前,采用穴位注射疗法治疗脑瘫合并语言障碍的相关研究存在以下不足:首先,穴位注射的不良反应及其具体作用机制尚不明确,今后可通过动物实验做进一步研究,从而明确其不良反应与穴位注射药物类别、剂量、速度、注射部位以及患儿年龄、体质等因素是否相关;其次,文献多为穴位注射联合疗法之间的疗效对比,缺乏不同药物穴位注射的疗效对比,今后应开展更多的相关临床研究,对比不同的药物疗效,为临床治疗提供更多的参考依据。

The drugs of acupoint injection therapy for cerebral palsy complicated with language disorder include rat nerve growth factor,ganglioside,brain glycoside carnosine injection or brain protein hydrolysate,Chinese medicinal injection,etc.After acupoint injection of relevant drugs,it may cause adverse reactions.The causes of adverse reactions are as follows:(1)Allergens are produced in the process of drug processing.(2)The composition of Chinese medicinals is complex,which may contain some undetected allergic factors.(3)The speed and dose of intramuscular and intravenous injection are imporper.(4)There are macromolecular substances in the solvent component of the diluted drug.(5)Long course of treatment causes harmful substances to accumulate in the body and produce side effects.(6)The patient is allergic and allergic to such drugs.(7)The age and gender of patients were different.At present,there are the following deficiencies in the research on the treatment of cerebral palsy complicated with language barrier by acupoint injection therapy:First,the adverse reactions of acupoint injection and its specific mechanism are not clear.In the future,further research can be carried out through animal experiments,so as to clarify whether the adverse reactions and the category,dose,speed,injection site,age constitution,and other factors are related or not.Secondly,the literature mostly focuses on the efficacy comparison between acupoint injection combined therapy and lacks the efficacy comparison of acupoint injection of different drugs.In the future,more relevant clinical studies should be carried out to compare the efficacy of different drugs,so as to provide more reference basis for clinical treatment.
