摘要
本文以铁路客车用新型蓄电池箱为研究对象,通过Workbench进行蓄电池箱三维模型的静强度分析及模态分析。计算结果表明,在装载电池和三向冲击载荷各工况条件下,新型蓄电池箱及安装吊座结构静强度均小于材料的屈服强度;在有预应力模态分析后,计算得出各工况下蓄电池箱的固有频率均大于外界随机激励频率,因而在铁路客车运行时,该新型蓄电池箱结构不会发生共振现象,满足动态特性中的防共振设计要求。
This article takes the new type of battery box for railway passenger cars as the research object,and carries on the static strength analysis and modal analysis of the three-dimensional model of the battery box through Workbench.The calculation results show that the static strength of the new battery box and the installation hanger structure is less than the yield strength of the material under the various working conditions of the battery and the three-directional impact load;after the prestressed modal analysis,the calculated working conditions The natural frequency of the lower battery box is greater than the external random excitation frequency,so when the railway passenger car is running,the new type of battery box structure will not resonate and meet the anti-resonance design requirements in the dynamic characteristics.
