基于多能源动力总成台架模拟整车经济性测试研究

摘要 本文多能源动力总成台架模拟整车进行经济性测试,主要应用电源模拟器的电池模拟功能及自动化台架控制系统,结合C_WTVC循环行驶工况实现台架对整车经济型测试的模拟。能够在开发设计过程中完成混合动力系统在台架上的测试及标定,以满足整车的性能及可靠性需求。 In this paper,the AVL hybrid power bench is used to simulate the whole vehicle for economic test,It mainly applies the battery simulation function of power supply simulator and automatic bench control system,combined with C_WTVC cycle driving condition realizes the simulation of vehicle parameters and road resistance on the bench.Be able to complete the test and calibration of the hybrid system on the bench in the development and design process,so as to meet the performance and reliability requirements of the whole vehicle.
