摘要
当桥梁需跨路施工时,顶推法由于具有不影响通航、工期短、低成本等优点而受到青睐。桥梁顶推施工过程中主梁的受力远较采用其他常规的施工方法要复杂,有必要对施工过程进行准确的模拟。本文以跨平齐铁路及哈齐客专分离式立交桥为工程背景,基于大型通用有限元软件Midas/Civil对顶推施工的过程进行仿真计算,对采用项推法施工的预应力箱梁进行施工过程仿真计算和施工控制研究,为桥梁顶推施工监控提供可靠的理论依据。
When the bridge needs to cross the road,the jacking method is favored because it does not affect navigation,short construction period and low cost.In the process of bridge jacking construction,the stress of the main beam is much more complex than other conventional construction methods,so it is necessary to accurately simulate the construction process.Taking the separated overpass crossing pingqi railway and Haqi passenger dedicated line as the engineering background,this paper simulates the jacking construction process based on the large-scale general finite element software MIDAS/civil,and studies the construction process simulation calculation and construction control of the Prestressed Box Girder Constructed by the item pushing method,so as to provide a reliable theoretical basis for the monitoring of bridge jacking construction.
