摘要
本文研究了自主研发的USP低温环保节能型改性剂对橡胶沥青及沥青混合料性能的影响。研究发现USP低温环保节能型改性剂改善橡胶沥青的性能,橡胶沥青的针入度、延度增大,软化点及弹性恢复性能减小,布氏旋转粘度降低。通过马歇尔设计方法完成USP复合改性橡胶沥青混合料的配合比设计,确定了橡胶沥青混合料的最佳油石比为6.3%。研究表明现USP低温环保节能型改性剂的添加,降低施工温度40℃左右,改善了热拌橡胶沥青混合料的施工环境,同时还改善了混合料的高低温性能,水稳性能也能满足规范要求,改性沥青路面具有较好的耐久性。
In this paper,the influence of USP low-temperature environmental protection and energy-saving modifier,which is self-developed,on the performance of rubber asphalt and rubber asphalt mixture is comparatively studied.It was found that USP low-temperature environmental protection and energy-saving modifier increased the performance of the rubber asphalt,improves the penetration and ductility of rubber asphalt,decreased softening point and elastic recovery performance,and decreased Brinellrotational viscosity.The mix proportion design of USP composite modified rubber asphalt mixture was completed by Marshall design method,and the optimum asphalt-aggregate ratio was determined to be 6.3%.The research shows that USP low-temperature environmental protection and energy-saving modifier can reduces the construction temperature by about 40℃.It improves the high and low temperature performance of hot-mix rubber asphalt mixture,and the water stability can also meet the specification requirements,and the modified asphalt pavement has better durability.
