摘要
瓷砖在家装中是必不可少的,客厅地板、厨房、卫生间、阳台等多处空间都要用到它。不少业主到验收时才发现,贴了瓷砖的地面凹凸不平甚至空鼓翘起,砖面或者接缝处平整度有明显的瑕疵,很多时候要撬砖重铺。本文是基于TRIZ理论解决瓷砖铺贴不平整和空鼓问题,将瓷砖粘贴牢固,使施工过程简单易操作,技术参数得到很好的控制:缝隙平直度3mm,地砖的水平度误差不超过2毫米的,相邻瓷砖的高度差不超过1mm,地砖空鼓现象控制在3%以内。
Ceramic tiles are widely used in home furnishings,such as the living room floor,kitchen,bathroom,balcony,etc.However,many owners only discovered at the last moment that the tiled floor was uneven or even hollow,and obvious flaws in the flatness of the brick surface or the joints were detected.In this case,it was inevitable to pry and resurface the tiles.This paper is based on the TRIZ theory to solve the unevenness and hollowing problems in the tile paving process.The research results help to stick piles firmly,simplify the construction process,and obtain well-controlled technical parameters.Specifically,the flatness of the gap is 3mm,the levelness error of the floor tiles is kept within 2mm,the height difference between adjacent tiles is limited within 1mm,and the hollowing phenomenon of the floor tiles does not exceed 3%.
