改进云模型的页岩气钻井压裂技术水平综合评价方法 被引量:1

摘要 水平井钻井和分段压裂是页岩气开发所必须的两大关键工程技术。目前已有分别针对钻井、压裂技术水平的评价指标,但有关两项技术的综合评价方法还少有研究。本文以四川盆地X页岩气开发区为例,建立了一套钻井、压裂技术水平综合评价方法。遴选出描述钻井、压裂水平的关键评价指标并通过主观赋权法确定指标权重;基于云模型理论,根据页岩气钻井、压裂技术特点,改进了传统的云模型,利用该模型计算得到了目标区2015~2018年钻井、压裂技术综合水平分值和等级。研究发现:该综合水平分与单井测试产量变化趋势较一致,反映了工程技术对测试产量的支撑作用。结论认为:本文所建立的方法可用于页岩气钻井、压裂技术创新成效评价,可为页岩气产业其他领域的质量综合评价提供参考。 horizontal well drilling and staged fracturing are two key engineering technologies necessary for shale gas development.At present,there are evaluation indexes for the technical level of drilling and fracturing,but there is little research on the comprehensive evaluation method of the two technologies.Taking X shale gas development zone in Sichuan Basin as an example,this paper establishes a set of comprehensive evaluation methods for drilling and fracturing technology level.Select the key evaluation indexes describing the drilling and fracturing level,and determine the index weight through the subjective weighting method;Based on the cloud model theory,according to the characteristics of shale gas drilling and fracturing technology,the traditional cloud model is improved,and the comprehensive level score and grade of drilling and fracturing technology in the target area from 2015 to 2018 are calculated by using the model.It is found that the comprehensive level score is consistent with the variation trend of single well test production,which reflects the supporting effect of Engineering Technology on test production.The conclusion is that the method established in this paper can be used to evaluate the innovation effect of shale gas drilling and fracturing technology,and can provide a reference for the comprehensive quality evaluation of other fields of shale gas industry.
