摘要
随着建筑物高度和层数的提升,高空抛物作为新的社会热点问题亟待解决。本文针对高空抛物危险性高、无法预警和追责难度高等问题,展开相关研究。本仪器采用双面阵CCD图像传感器和计算机检测分析软件作为定位仪仪器基础,通过双面阵CCD图像传感器来完成对目标区域的实时监控和图像上传,图像上传后经过软件系统的分析,及时上传到监测后台,后台进行记录并通过预警系统响应。从而达到移动监测、及时预警和减小追责难度的目的。
With the increase of building height and floors, the high-altitude parabolic object is a new hot social problem. In this paper, the high risk of high-altitude projectiles, can’t be early warning and high difficulty of accountability,carry out relevant research. This instrument adopts double CCD image sensor and computer analysis software as a locator instrument detection, by double CCD image sensor to complete real-time monitoring of the target area and image upload,upload images after the analysis of the software system, in a timely manner to the monitor the background, the background for recording and response through the early warning system. So as to achieve the purpose of mobile monitoring, timely warning and reducing the difficulty of accountability.
